These Terms of Use & Service (the "Terms" or the "Agreement") are a binding agreement between You, as a user of the website https://cevoro.app ("Website"), and Cevoro Technologies ("Cevoro", or "we"/"us").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and the AI-powered career services, including resume building, ATS analysis, and mock interviews, offered through this Website (the "Service"). By registering for an account or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Cevoro provides tools to build resumes, analyze them for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and conduct AI-driven mock interviews.

3.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (handled via Google/Firebase Auth). You may not share your account or Pro subscription with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show suspicious login activity indicating shared usage.

4.1. Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all payment processing and related customer service inquiries regarding transactions.

4.2. Pricing Plans & Descriptions: Cevoro offers three tiers of service:

• Free Tier ($0): Provides access to the Basic CV Builder, 1 PDF Download, and Basic ATS Score.
• 7-Day Pass ($4.99 one-time, non-recurring): A one-time payment for 7 days of full Pro access. This plan automatically expires at the end of the 7-day period and does NOT renew. Features include: Full AI Writer, ATS Deep Analysis, 7 Mock Interviews, All Premium Templates, and Unlimited PDF Downloads.
• Monthly Pro ($9.99/month, recurring subscription): Ongoing access billed monthly until cancelled. Features include: Unlimited AI Generations, Unlimited ATS Checks, Unlimited Mock Interviews, All Premium Templates, Unlimited PDF Downloads, and Priority Support.

4.3. Subscription Billing & Cancellation: For recurring plans (Monthly Pro), you authorize Lemon Squeezy to automatically charge the applicable monthly fee to your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Cevoro Dashboard or via your Lemon Squeezy order email. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

5.1. Delivery Method: Access to the Cevoro Pro Service is delivered digitally and immediately upon checkout verification. As a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, no physical goods are shipped.

5.2. Fulfillment Time: Your Cevoro account will automatically be upgraded to "Pro" status as soon as Lemon Squeezy successfully processes the payment transaction (typically within a few seconds).

5.3. Technical Support: If you experience any delay in receiving access to your Pro features after completing the checkout process, please contact us immediately at support@cevoro.app with your transaction details. We will resolve the issue manually.

By using the Website, you agree NOT to:

• a)Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary AI prompts used by Cevoro.
• b)Use the Service to generate malicious, illegal, or highly offensive content.
• c)Attempt to bypass or manipulate the Lemon Squeezy payment gateway to access Pro features for free.
• d)Resell, lease, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
• e)Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to interact with the Website or APIs.

Your submission of personal and professional information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your text inputs (e.g., resume data, job descriptions) through our third-party AI partners to provide the requested analysis and generations. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CEVORO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CEVORO, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of significant changes via email or an announcement on the Website dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
