1. Strictly No Refunds Policy

At Cevoro, we provide advanced AI-powered career development tools, including resume building and ATS resume analysis.

⚠️ All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant digital delivery of our services and the immediate, non-recoverable operational costs associated with our AI integrations (including OpenAI, Gemini, and DeepSeek API calls), Cevoro enforces a strict NO REFUNDS policy. By purchasing a 7-Day Pass or subscribing to the Monthly Pro plan, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final, and no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Our AI models perform complex, high-resource operations the second you submit a CV. These API queries incur instant costs that cannot be reclaimed. Additionally, because our digital assets are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or deactivated once downloaded.

To help you make an informed decision, we offer a fully functional Free Tier ($0). This allows you to construct a CV, preview the platform interface, and get a basic ATS evaluation before choosing to upgrade to our premium plans.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellations

3.1. Monthly Pro Subscription: This plan automatically renews every 30 days until cancelled. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billed cycle. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

3.2. 7-Day Pass: This is a one-time, non-recurring payment for 7 days of full Pro access. It will automatically expire at the end of the 7-day period and will not trigger any recurring subscription charges.

3.3. How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your Cevoro Dashboard under the billing section, or by clicking the manage subscription link provided in your Lemon Squeezy checkout receipt email.

4. Merchant of Record

All transactions on Cevoro are processed via Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles order fulfillment, payment processing, tax compliance, and related customer support. For billing questions or transaction discrepancies, you may reach out to Lemon Squeezy support via their documentation.
